The final task in Willo's quest is to get the head of the statue in the Obtanium Isles. I understand that you have to hit all the fans to open the bridge. However, I have no idea how to hit the fourth fan. Does anyone have any idea on how to do it?

I assume you mean the one that is in a small indentation.
You will have to jump into a bumper that you will hit by jumping off the edge to the left. That one will bounce you up to the fan. I admit, it is kind of hard to see
