Ha, thanks! We're all about supporting our games as best we can and we're working on something that should help you guys out real soon. I don't want anybody to miss out on one of our games over something like controller support. :)

Are you on Windows 8.1 by any chance? Someone else just reported that problem specifically with that version of Windows.
Because I have four speedlink controllers:

... and game not working with any of them.
I'm using a wired xbox one controller.
This is as if the left was thrust into permanence and it scrolls on the menu ....
