Serious note, all of the previous games also did not have english voice acting.
English VAs are not on strike, American VAs are on strike. Games that hired non-American VAs don't have this issue. Mica is a Chinese company literally on the other side of Earth and x4 the size. While this doesn't strictly speaking contradict your comment because the strike does indeed decrease the amount of companies for hire, i thought i'd mention the distinction. For example Wuthering Waves uses British VA's, who, surprisingly, also speak English. :)
Mica should get their stuff together, and not hire Americans, it would probably be better for everyone involved actually, and if they aren't doing it, it's a "them" problem.

That being said, JP, KR, and CN voices are all different (after all, they are different languages.)
