GFL is quite diverse, I mean the game is made by Chinese game developers, the event take place in Russia (Neo U.R.S.S), the language they speak is Japanese and it's traduction is in English.

Though to be frank, I don't know if the canonical spoken language would be either Russian or Ukrainian, because if I remember correctly, the start of the game take place in Ukraine.

There is an English language option, it's called subtitles.. also; all American women sound the same.
nah all language sounds the same that's why i played it mute. humans always have unoriginal voice since the caveman era.
American agencies provide sloppy voice actors in the same way they provide localizers.. there's a few female animals that boast about changing things and sabotaging the script just for the "lols" and to own anime fans and instead of weeding out the bad apples they'll still find a job.. that's America for you, that's what working with America gets you. That's why no sleep is lost when these people don't voice act for it.. oh and them doing voice acting would also mean dumbing down the script so that they can voice act for it.
