The launcher is stuck downloading at 0%
I've downloaded from both Sunborn and Haoplay version for "PC" the game will not install no mater what I do. I even checked reddit and a few people have the same problem... and some have fixed it with random stuff that didn't work for me.

Please fix the game launcher, or someone please upload your game files... I just wanna play the game...

Uninstall other versions of "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable" I had a later version and the same issue happened. Then in the game folder, there should be 'VC_redist.x64.exe' and 'VC_redist.x86.exe'. Install those.
