I wouldn't recommend Prydwen Academy's tier list but it's a good baseline. The subreddit has a better one.

Keep in mind team comp > single dolls in 99% of cases.

you have 14 days to get one of the best support/healer characters in the game so far.
suomi pulling her twice to get her V1 will be a gos send for any current and future content to come

Suomi is the only character that you should 100% go all in on to try to get. She can be slotted into any team to provide buffs and sustain/heal. She also has not yet been power crept on Chinese server.

If you want to use Suomi in a freeze team, you also need to get her signature weapon which provides freeze damage bonus. But then you also need to pull Makiatto (limited) and have Lotta (from first event).

Every other character on Global right now generally gets power crept unless compared for team builds of typed damage (corrision, poison, fire, etc)

I'll second that Suomi is *very* good, but she's not mandatory at all. I'm running a burn team with QJ, Sharkry, Ksenia, and Tololo (as filler). Dropping Ksenia for Suomi would actually make my team worse as she's a great Burn Damage Booster.

For a general team with no real cohesion, ice teams, or really anything but Hydro (uses Springfield) or Burn (uses Ksenia, for now) Suomi is a top tier pick.
