GIRLS' FRONTLINE 2: EXILIUM

[Bug} Whenever I finish this mission and the screen tells me that I was able to finish it.
However, this mission end has became long and unable to complete it before it kicks me back to menu. I check and I was unable to finish it yet. I tried to look for every solutions, like, changing settings, fps framerate and so on.

In the end, I was unable to find this solution. What can I do? I tried to look for solution for like 3 weeks ago with no solutions.

Edit: You can now use VPN to solve this issue while devs still trying to figure it out by themselves.

Do a Client Check as some files may be corrupted (you click the "Tools" icon you see on your left hand side of your screen)

Also, first do a Steam game's verifying files too.

Nope. Didn't work.
Well, the only solution would be to contact them. Click on the icon with the headset microphone and give them a full explanation of the issue.

Very well. I'll try in meantime, I'll be using their launcher to play this game.

Yeah and I unable to fix this solution. Changing the settings, changing the FPS framerate and nothing. That's all I could find to fix it.
Sorry that I couldn't help (as I didn't had any of that problem so I don't know what it triggers it).
If anyone of you are in Discord, do also post it there and you may get some solutions faster.

Just did report bug by customer service. I have to wait and see. If it is still not fixable, then this would waste my time.

I suggested Discord because there, there are a lot of players who may had a similar issue and they can advice and/or be noticed by devs/mods on the matter to have a quick look.

I swear, I was waiting for devs to do some patches or fixes, but nope. Unless they throw M4 SOPMOD 2 in this game, then I'm going to flip my table upside down.

Maybe because no one has report it and/or is something new that happened to you all.

Just got back from Customer Support and they told me about ISP sourced problem. From what I have been told to use VPN to solve this issue or change internet connection (my internet is fine as I use it for youtube or something else.).
