Pretty sure you can find it in this megathread.

And later this was claimed this steam client is still unavailable. And the worse news? They don't have their timeline to release it.

Probably found technical issues and are delaying it. Many such cases.

Nah they waiting because if players buy microtransactions on the steam client, steam will take a huge % of the money.

They wouldn't be selling the game on Steam if they had a problem with that. Also their own PC client's payment processing system is currently disabled.

I'm playing through the PC launcher is it's a hog pog of mess. You have two different PC launchers depending on your area. Steam overlay doesn't work if you try to add the game through steam. the Launcher is a mess to say the least even if you want to call it a mobile game standard. You down a launcher installer, start the game download through the launcher and start another game update after starting the game. And the kicker of crappy download servers. Might as well kick yourself in the shins because you if launch a game on steam and don't use one of the best game download infrastructures in the world.
There are probably other higher level issues of why the steam launch is delay, but these are issues I've encountered off the bat.

Maybe I'm just too spoiled by Hoyoverse and ZZZ, but even when I was playing ZZZ on iPhone 15PM, it ran like butter. I booted up GFL2 on my phone and it's just hideous to look at...

I mean this isnt a big studio. People acting like this is a AAA game. Before the release of this game in china, thr
E company was worth around like $15million usd from tencents 20% investment valuation. Peoples expectations for MICA are far too high. They are one of the smallest gacha game companies that hasnt imploded somehow through dark magic.
