Hope it gets Lolis like the First Game

The first game had a lot and I mean a lot of lolis. It was part of its identity as they even did a collab with Gunslinger Girl.
Somewhat concerning that there are basically none of these characters announced.

And some who were in the first game like MP5 and Mechty look considerably more filled out. Almost like they are completely different characters.
Not sure how this fits into the lore since I thought they don't age due to being androids.

If it is just an aging thing then I hope we get some new ones to fill this role. Maybe fans of the first game will notice and point this out in the feedback or the player surveys that always get sent out in gacha games like this.

I definitely love Xcom Gameplay so I'm sure to have fun.

TLDR: All commanders and senseis please send feedback for shorter character models.
Vepley and Colphne are cute but GFL1 had shorter ones like M200.
Without feedback they'll all get redesigned.

Alternatively, ask for the June event from GFL1 to return where characters got loli skins.

Suomi has an average body-type. Not a loli. Still a great design though, mostly the same as original which is the important thing.
Its more about being a GFL1 fan.

Lots of characters like G11 and MP5 just need a shorter or thinner base model.
Too late for those two probably but there are plenty of others that are even more incompatible with that size.

When you give them this thiccer model they look like different characters like G11.
Some of these characters even if not short are really thin, those thighs just don't fit.
Ex: G11's new design looks great but it would have worked better as her own character since G11 is supposed to be a loli but isn't.

Hopefully they make an actual loli model for these types of characters before putting them in.

Yeah it seems like they've moved away from lolis, hopefully I'm wrong, but all of the loli dolls have been aged up for GFL2. PNC hasn't had a new loli since Taisch and also please correct me if I'm wrong but the older servers didn't get a new Childrens Day banner this year in GFL.

I don't know, I think CN is often the most vocal. Like how they got extremely mad over Raymond lol. But if you are right then maybe the JP bros are our only hope.
I'm sure EN feedback would help at least due to all our Blue Archive-type fans.

The thighs definitely would need to be reduced for their character models. They are both in particular very thin, perfect examples. And they wouldn't really be able to hide the change considering they gave us close ups of all their assets lol.

We practically have their measurements with how much they showed us.

what the heck. is this true ? they changed these characters from the first game ? they unlolified them !? thats just pure evil.... and inhumane. what the heck? this just made me feel less compelled to play. omg, thats mindblowingly dumb. side note, thighs being thicker or not doesnt remove their loli status. its dependent on their height and petiteness overall(mainly the torso, arms, shoulders, chest). Not that i have a problem with any of them have slender legs btw. i love slender legs. back on topic, i had no idea some of these girls were altered to look 'bigger'(assuming its related to height and chest size) now. thats treason .

Could always just be because those are the launch ones. I heard there might be a new base model coming.
But playing is a good idea because of the player surveys. if you see a character that you think isn't designed similarly enough to the first game you can let them know and also what types you want in the future.

ill give it a try. but i dont know if surveys will really help very much with character designs or wanting specific T dolls to appear. isnt China or something ahead of the version we're getting ? i think the usual tradition is the rest of us getting what they get at some point. dunno if asking for specific character designs would have much influence when we're behind by a lot.

They could bring up Blue Archive as an example and assume their playerbases in the West have a lot of overlap and so make them feel safe to create more.

I like cute designs but at the end of the day the designs are just designs. As long as what we get look good and fit the setting well enough it wont really bother me. What is important is the gameplay and how stingy the gacha is. The game could have the prettiest and cutest character designs ever implemented but if the game is hot garbage its not gonna end well. Its really kind of silly to be hung up on designs too much especially when none of us have actually played the game.
