How to adjust cockpit height?

Hello,

Playing on Quest 3 and forgot which button to press, or object to interact with to adjust the cockpit height for my arms?

I figured it out.

Hold down the left menu button to bring up the Steam menu.

Then look to the lower left at the 3 icons. One of them is a "recenter" button. Select that.

For Quest 2, the universal button recenter your VR is to hold the bottom right home button for all games.
