A jump gate moved my ship to a star with no other star in range, leaving me stranded.

Hi,

I played Out of there omega edition on an WIN 7 32 bit OS and also from an WIN 10 64 bit OS. I used Steam platform.
I had no problem so far, but in the last few days I can’t access any more from the WIN 7 pc (the error say “you need a 64 bit OS”, why ? I used that system for months without any problem and also there are no indication on the game page on steam that a 64bit OS is needed to run the game). I can’t also launch the game from the WIN 10 64bit OS any more: the game crashs, produce a report (I can’t locate them) and do not start.

I try to find the Output.log, but no way to find it.

What I can do? Why I can’t ply the game on the WIN7 pc, since there is no need for an 64bit OS, and since I was able to play it for months without any problems?

When using the Lifetree Ship, the items placed on the slots created by the Symbiotic Extension are bugged, specifically, when I moved them to a normal slot of the Ship, the game asks if I want to get rid of them.

I'm not sure, but achievements seem to have broken after last patch.

I can't exchange my ship when I found a new one. Is it a bug?
Neither exchange nor take over buttons appeared at the bottom.
Yesterday I completed the game, and today I started a new game and chose "Graveyard Ships". Is it the reason?

I have the same problem. Graveyard option is on, I have yet to try it off.

Playing on Linux if that is relevant.

I don't think it's a build specific issue, I'm having the same issue on Windows.

You're right, achievements are broken. Can be unlocked using the depot download.

Same, dude, it was like ok for a while, and now I just cannot interact with abandoned ships at all.

same here everytime i get an abandon ship cannot see what's inside and board the ship

I just had the same bug. Shame it hasn't been fixed yet. :(

I also had an encounter with space butterfly-like beings, and the text said I got some leftover droppings from them, but I got nothing.
I have had this happen twice now, in two different events. My inventory was full, so I guess that is the issue, but why not give the player the option to drop something from the inventory, like with drilling and probing?

I'm running the game on Ubuntu 21.04 and have the latest version of the game and of steam

Can confirm that the tinkle achievement is still acting up. I've boarded the cube ship multiple times across multiple runs and I never got the achievement.
Things that don't work:
Boarding the ship when it's randomly spawned.
Boarding the ship when it's from a graveyard spawn.
Boarding the ship with tutorial enabled.
Boarding the ship with tutorial disabled.
Boarding the ship on Easy.
Boarding the ship on Normal.
Boarding the ship via stellar embryo.
Boarding the ship without quitting the game from the start.

So yeah, it's not some special case. The achievement's just broken. Use an external program to give yourself the achievement when you come across the ship. No other way to get it.
