Tech scrolling issues

Game is working, but when I get too many techs, the tech screen won't scroll. So I don't have access to all of my techs.

any fix?

Had the same issue, if you left click and drag in the menu area you can scroll.

I'm having the same issue. Dragging the left click doesn't work. Tried two different mice, but no go on either.
