Version: 2.5.0 Steam
Summery: Touch screen disables mouse control outside of the main menu

Description: The main menu allows mouse control. After starting a new game,(neither skipping or watching the video changes the outcome) Mouse controls will cease to function. I can use the touch screen to control the game. After some testing, I have found disabling my touch screen drivers will allow mouse control to work in game.

System: Razor Blade Touch 2014 Laptop
CPU: i7-4720HQ
GPU: Geforce 970M (used for game) and Intel HD Graphics 4600. Both integrated.
RAM: 16 GB Ram
OS: Windows 10
Additional features: Touch enabled screen, multi-monitor set up with Samsung TV used as a monitor.

I'm having the same problem. This game used to worked on my laptop, but not on my new desktop. Mouse works in the menus, but once the game starts, mouse clicks do nothing. This happens whether I start a regular new game or a Quick Start, and it doesn't matter if it's Windowed of Full Screen.

OS: Windows 10 Home
CPU: i7-6700D
Ram: 16G
GPU: GTX 1080 Founders

I'm experiencing the same issue: touchscreen PC, mouse only works in main menu.

Specs:

OS: Windows 10 Home Edition
CPU: i3-3220
RAM: 8G
GPU: Intel HD Integrated Graphics

Hey, I searched this up and found a solution. I believe the issue is that the game is detecting a touchscreen and assumes you want to use it.

- In the Windows 10 Search Bar, type "Device Manager", Open It.
- Expand the "Human Interface Devices" branch
- Look for something related to Touch Screen
EX. In mine it was called "HID-compliant Touch Screen"
- Right Click, "Disable Device"
- Click through the "yea,yea,yea" pop-ups.
- Relaunch the game.

I've tried multiple times to disable disable the screen and try again, but it's still failing. Have we found any other solutions.

Same issue here, and my laptop doesn't even have a touchscreen. Mouse control works in menus, doesn't work in-game. Any word on this?

Edit : Fixed when I've disabled all HID related to my pen tablet (device manager -> Human Interface Devices) then reboot to apply
