I Can't register on Uplay

Why i should have uplay account?! Why Steam allows it?!
It's so stupid, i have get more security second account on uplay, where keeps all my ubisoft game KEYs?! Why?!!! It's sooo stupid.... aaarghghh...
And if i f***edup uplay account, i lost all my ubisoft games?

I know right? And it kept denying me access to making an account through the Uplay launcher!
I think i'm gonna stick to the 360 version of this game.
