Yet Another "Does This Work On Windows 8?" Thread...
Okay I looked over the other thread and it appears the game works or some but not for others. I am wondering if this has anything to do with Steam Download versions versus the disk version? I have the disc version and can't seem to even install the game. The error message I get is, "Installer User interface Not Supported." on the top line of the box, then underneath that, "The Installer cannot run this UI mode. To specify the Interface Mode use the - command-line option followed by the followed by the US identifier. The valid UI modes identifiers are GUI, Console, and Silent."


lol No idea what this means. ;)

Yes it works and quite well I must add. This is the best game I have bought in a long time.

Had the same "Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported" "Installer UI Mode Error", this fixed it.
