Game Is Ruined By V-sync
vsync will turn it self on after being turned off. No one likes to play a choppy mess. After trying tones of fixes that dont wont, I cant use this product anymore due to this issue.
I just want to thank Ubisoft once again for being lazy and greedy.
A warning to ones who want to by. DONT. Burn your monet instead.

Either change the v-sync setting in the "graphics.ini" manually and then set the file to "Read Only" (so that the game won't switch it back), or force v-sync 'off' for the game in the Nvidia Control panel.
Doing both shouldn't have any negative impact and will ensure that v-sync doesn't get used.

I have amd and i forced off v-sync on there. didnt work. Tried denying modify, read, and write but that prevents the game for opening.
Can you explain more?

You still want the game to read the file, just not write to it.
