Driver: San Fransisco on Mac (Yosemite)
I was very sceptical about purchasing this game. $20 is kind of hefty for an older, no longer supported/updated game.

For those on Mac, and considering purchasing this game...

I have successfully created a Uplay account, and have played the game (so far) for about a total of 22 hours on highest settings, with smooth gameplay and no crashes (Besides the occasional smashing head-on with an in-game car at high speed!!).

I am running Driver SanFran on a mid 2014, 13in, MacBook Pro (with Retina display).

OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
2.6 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel Iris 1536 MB

I had no luck trying to get my Logitech F310 to let me use it. I tried on both X and D input.

Hmm, it is at least loading. That sounds fixable by deleting a file somewhere. Let me do some quick research and I will get back to you.

EDIT: Do you have a firewall or antivirus that might be blocking the launcher?

Have you tried any of the above options? Steam might not have the answer, if the game is legit try one of the ubisoft options, unless its pirated, if it's pirated not sure what you expect.

It did back when I played it last in August. I am now on El Capitan 10.11, and I no longer have it installed due to it's large file size. It will not run off of an external hard drive.

EDIT: I am downloading now and will let you know if it runs on El Capitan. I assume if it works, it should work on earlier version of OS X. You do have the ability to refund it if you buy it and it doesn't work.

EDIT 2: I cannot seem to get the game to run on El Capitan 10.11.3. I've tried moving my profile folder out from /Library/Application Support as well as moving the Ubisoft Game Laumcher and letting it patch. I also tried verifying the cache of the game.

Also, as reported by Memobot on this page: http://steamcommunity.com/app/33440/discussions/0/521643320373002244/#p1

Hi.

There a ton of threads on this if you use the search function. So many dummies have created new threads the useful ones are down the list :D
Ubisoft were contacted and EVEN SENT A FIX to update the game with. They're too busy Tower Climby Stabby Stab and Beautiful Vista With Guns sequels to fix it it would seem.
