Ubisoft just pulled a 10 year old game from their platforms, good luck if you think they will bring back a 13 year old game.

(Btw they have an active discord, they are not active on Steam themselves.. In case you want a serious answer from Ubi itself)

Turtles Ninja out of shadows also does not have a license for sale, but Steam recently opened the sale and many people bought the game!, so injustice is everywhere, and never say never
