The game will still be listed within the 'Library' section of your Steam client, allowing you to download and play it at any time.
Though that's literally the only game I'm aware of that has ever been actively removed from players' libraries. There was a huge backlash over the decision to pull the game from libraries, despite it being unplayable after servers were shut down.
