Register an account on blankmediagames site, but can't enter in Steam with this account or link account to Steam profile :zombieva:

(and there are no information during registration that mail.ru users mean as bots :spazhorror:)

Are you logging in with your BlankMediaGames info, and NOT your Steam info? You will NEVER need to input your SteamID and password in the client.

Do you know how to verify the game cache through Steam? If so, please try that.

Core i7-4900MQ, 32 Gb Ram, GeForce GTX 780M.
No use any VPN, proxy etc to connection

Can you verify that your firewall isn't blocking any connections?

And the IT solution- have you turned your PC off and back on?
EDIT: and, if you're not on a metered connection, would you be willing to uninstall the game and reinstall?

I restarted computer.
I turn off (exit from program) my firewall (KIS 2015), delete game, install it again, run - and no effect (can't login).

Hm... Is there some capcha protection on game site.
Sometimes I see such picture at the entrance to the site:

But I not see capcha in client.
Or this protection is only on site (not in client)?

I do not recall ever having to answer captchas when logging in. Signing up may be a different story, however you are already signed up.

I didn't not experience a captcha in the client and was able to connect without issues.
