The long in short of it, it usually decides by hardest to win with
So, on the whole in general, NK > Maf > Town
If one role has the ability to stop the kills, then it still auto wins for the killer, IE jailor with no executions auto loses to mafioso or GF
The one exception to that, is trans vs mafioso (because the game concludes that with infinate time, eventually the mafioso is going to go for it, and the trans is most likely to make him kill himself). Though with immunes like GF or SK, the victory goes to the killer, as he could keep trying infinately until eventually the trans misses a night. (the big difference is consiquence on failure).
