There are people that play custom exclusively to hunt for juggernaut and they never get it. It's extremely rare so don't expect it to pop up a lot in games.

It's not fake but it's a secret role, meant to be rare. It even has it's own secret steam achievements.

honestly i see jugg alot more than you make it out to be so rare

however they usually die n1
