Premade Cheaters (Always, and forever)

I've brought up premade cheaters before, my opinion is still the same. Premades encourage cheating, any premade that does not cheat has more willpower than Buddah.

Just now 2 people openly premade cheating, I called them out on day 1 that they were cheaters, told everyone not to trust them. The reason I knew they were premade were because they called out to each other before the game started "IM HERE, THIS IS MY NAME!".

They whisper each other on day 1 (presumably telling each other their roles). One of them accuses a guy claims hes the investigator and this guy is the sk on day 2. Turns out that his cheater pal was the executioner and the guy was his target.

You can't stop premades from cheating and they will always cheat.

All me & my friends do is try our best to play normally, though of course there is always the odd two or three times we tell eachother name/roles just to mess with people.

I hate those kinda premades tbh; they're giving a bad light to every other friends playing together.

Encountered some of those cheaters in AllAny as well recently again... they're so incredibly rude once you call them out and make fun of you when you say "Yanno, that's cheating, at least don't ruin the game for other people".

Meanwhile I'm suspicious of anyone who acts like they know about someone's role or even call a role out correctly rather early on in a match.

Well, I'm always bombarded with "its just a game" when I call out cheaters. Like its some sort of defence for being a prick.

my and a coulple firends play together and we dont cheat....we go out of our way to diguise ourselves from each other and even when ded we dont reveal what we were unless it wont affect anything. for example if i am a ww and get hung ill be like yeah i was ww lol but if i was maf/town/vamp or anything that can affect others i dont say anything..........and on another note just knowing who ppl are will give you a bias towards them in game...like ut not gonna kill your friend first day if your sk if you know who he is lol or will you?

I still think it should show who was in a premade on the scoreboard so I can settle my suspicions.

Like a veteran or some other role knowing who the sk is when there is little to no chance they could ever know, you kind of want to know if they were in a premade with an investigator or with a no will escort who just died to the sk.

So no i don't think premade is always a problem but sometimes it's a real pain in the tarnation...

parties should only be allowed in custom. almost no one has the discipline to not cheat.

I had some of those people as well already; made me wanna gnaw on my keyboard when I see an argument like "He's my friend, don't kill him / let him win". Like defuq.

You're probably right. It's just so cringeworthy to dodge all those bullets to just end with a backstab and a pseudojustification "sorry lol gotta give the win to my bro/girlfriend/little brother/dog or whatever.

But yeah after all it's just a 10 min game, not really worth more than 1 angry post on a steam community forum
