Anti afk System

So I just had 2 mafia wins robbed by an afk player, who probably didn't care for their role and instead of quitting the game just went away.
In both games we reached an endgame of 3 mafia vs 1 town who we couldn't kill (transporter), and since 3 votes are needed and one is afk, the game was either lost or came to a draw.
There should really be an anti-afk system that throws people from the game if they don't write anything in chat, will or death note and don't do anything during night and day.
The system should warn the player some time before kicking them.

yea I think a button that has to be clicked every other night wouldn't be that bad of an idea. AFK is a good move to a point. You can get some good jester wins that way, but when town or mafia does it then it's pretty much gamethrowing. Just need a way for the game to be able to identify players that aren't playing the game or the players that are just "playing dumb/afk" since you have to play dumb in many games.

What I wish is that they could wipe out all the times we have lost because of game throwers and cheaters. It would be nice to know my real win percentage.

afking is a big problem now that people are trying to avoid leaving penalties.

i report them as gamethrowers. a system to deal with AFKers would be quite helpful.

if you have afk mafia member. or gamethrowing one. pretend you are investigative roles and found out they're mafia. and lynch them. that give you 2 advatages. get rid the afk and make you confirmed town. this doesnt always work for gamethrowers tho but this will works for sure for the afk

Can work sometimes, but not always... especially when it is say the godfather. Put up the godfather... OK that means you are by definition claiming invest, who did you check other nights? If you ain't a consig, you painted yourself into a pretty ugly corner.

Plus, you don't always know they're afk, can just be lazy typers.

I said if you are not a consig... Consigs are only in about 10% of games. (which also are the least likely ones to be bailed on, because it's one of the non-crap mafia support roles). If you aren't a consig, then you have to claim a at least half way fakable TI role, which would be lookout or sheriff, neither of which is capable of finding the godfather if the mafioso is still moving.
