New Jester Changes

I disagree with the decision to allow jesters to kill abstainers. I have almost 500 hours in the game and am considering uninstalling due to the unfairness this adds to the game. Was this even tested before it was released? The game is broken now. Consig/witch/coven leader can no longer hang a jester to push off other faction roles. Fix this or you're losing a loyal player.

i love the jester change. it stops people from being a ♥♥♥♥♥ and not votting. also stops the 1 person votting for the jester caz they have done there roles task (won as a exe/pirate, retted, dont all there shots as a vig, ect)

jester changes not good for TOWN that i noticed new,all the way it was evil and now it is working good with NK and Mafia.Maybe SK must get immunity Powerful defence and Jester must get New attack between PowerFul and Basic and it might be good buff not to kill NKs.. this is an idea

It will force the maf to vote instead of just abstaining after forcing the trial on jest.

Well, look at it this way. People have to vote now and, if this update has swayed them in anyway, to vote Innocent then Jester can't be killed. Where as abstainers got no punishment for letting the jester die and only one guilty take the hit, that is a bit ridiculous in my opinion, so I have to disagree with you there and note that this is a good change.

Only just found this out in my recent game which made me lose as SK. Kind of makes it even more difficult to win in that role tbh

You have to think of it this way, if you haven’t already uninstalled. The Jester’s Ghost haunts someone who caused him to die. If you refuse to vote on him, then you’re still causing him to die, as you made no attempt to save him.
