It's a moderator's job to moderate, not to tell new players how to play the game.
The results for an invest are there when you are an invest, you can see them there and for those who don't want to learn them by heart from the start (which a lot of us did before the Wiki was even a thing), some lovely people made a Wiki page (the one Glerk linked).
Also, moderators have nothing to do with patches, if anything changes in results, you can find it in the Patch Notes, which are right there when you open the game, you could try reading those. :)
Also, the Steam Boards are not the official forums, blankmediagames.com is the official forum. And I can tell you right now, that answering every single question, especially those which are easily looked up by people themselves, is a lot of work, so that's not always gonna happen. At least Glerk, Sivler and Syphon answered you, since we have such a nice community.
By the way, the rules are not on another site, invest results aren't rules, they're game mechanics which otherwise could be learned by playing the game, the Wiki is just the easier play. I mean, I'm sure they have little to do there at EA if they answer every single game mechanic question, but even SimCity 4 has a Wiki with game mechanics and such. ;)
We have a relative small team of voluntary moderators (1 on Steam, and about 6 on the official forums) and about 40 questions a day, not to mention dozens to hundreds of reports every day, and jobs, houses and families, so you can't expect us to handle every single question within 30 minutes. :)
That's because the results don't have to be on the forums. You're supposed to learn them. The only reason they're on a Wiki to begin with, is because people (myself included) are lazy and don't feel like learning them by heart.
Also, why should we have to create a Wiki on Steam, if there is literally a Wiki Page? Not to mention, the roles and rolecards are on blankmediagames.com. Next to that, you can find ALL the patch notes here: http://www.blankmediagames.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=37
So maybe, if you take a long break, check up on the patch notes?
It's not anyone else's but your own responsibility to check for changes if you've been gone a while. Let's be honest, it'd be ridiculous for the Devs to have to pause their work on the remake of the game, just to create something 1 person has asked for in over 2 years.
