Registration failed

I've just downloaded tos on steam but when i tried to submit my game account registration the error "steam verification failed" popped up. I've already tried changing my password, username, reinstalled the game and checked my email adress. nothing worked. can anyone tell me what i could be doing wrong ?

I'm still having this problem as well. I can say that uninstalling steam, reinstalling it, reinstalling ToS it's self, and only launching from Steam library has not made a difference.

Are you using a mac as well of is this Problem occurring with all operating systems ?

Welcome to the club! It seems like they're having some kind of backend issues at the moment where accounts are concerned? No concrete idea *what* precisely is wrong, since they haven't recognized it yet, but we can get as far as claiming a username on the browser version at the moment one and all.
Money well spent, so far.
(Edit:) And for the record, PC. Windows 7/10, had an upgrade forced upon me.

can't even get that. when i treid logging in through a browser (firefox in my case cause safari doesnt work) error 1015 accured. whatever that is. hope they fix it soon

Same problem here. Just bought a game, wanted to register new account and link it to steam and the "steam verification failed" message keeps appearing (PC, Windows 10)

Its happening to me at the moment

We just pushed another fix that should help with some issues where people's steam authentication tickets were checked before they were generated fully. This should happen much less, if at all.
