Its widely acclaimed to have the best upscaling of any 4k tv right now, as well as displaying the most colors with it's wide color gamut. It can display 1.04 billion colors as opposed to a regular TVs 1 million. It can make the actual shade of the grass, or a street sign, by mixing all these colors.
It's also got high dynamic range, which can lighten and darken parts of the screen to improve contrast(requires a 1060 graphics card and an hdmi 2.1b cable)
and finally its got true blacks, by putting a crystal filter over the leds. Its a truly great TV and town of salem is just going to look amazing on it, much better than 1080p resolution.
