Well, seeing as you're on the Steam forums, I assume you own it on Steam and thus already paid for it?

If not: Announcements both on the official forum and in the Community Hub for ToS explain why the game isn't free anymore.

I did some looking at the posts. You already own the game anyway, you don't need to do anything.

Well, to be fair, paying 5 bucks for a game is much less bad than having every single game filled with 1-3 bots that spam and ruin the game.

Just let your friends know that the game is on sale (50% off, as well as 50% off for Coven) till November 27.

And keep in mind: Just because your friends don't play anymore, doesn't mean there's no reason to play the game, since you can make a bunch of new friends in the game as well. ;) I know I did.

no theres no reason to play the game if my friends cant play, we just moved to board game online when we play party games. Your game sucks.

You're free to your opinion, but yours is based on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just saying. Like FreyjasChosen said: If they've played a game while the game was free, their account is likely grandfathered in.

If this was a decision made out of greed (which is kinda pointless, because most of the income actually comes from the micro-transactions and ad-revenue), they would have done it much sooner. It was done to battle the bot invasion set on by the Moonman clan.

Either way, if you're gonna be that type of person, I'm fairly sure we're not missing much by not having you in the community anymore.

This game had a serious problem, the non-coven modes had SO MANY bots, that pretty much ruined most games. This choice was a hard one, but it HAD TO BE MADE.

Because the purchase was only worth it in good favor for them offering me a free game. Thus since it's not free it's not worth the donation because it's no longer a donation.
