Name change not Working
So I purchased a name change today because my old name was made by a younger stupider version of me and I decided I wanted it to change.

But after I purchased it my name was still the same as it was before, and now 4 hours later it still hasnt changed?

Help would be appriciated.

Provide a receipt and the old and new username.

You probably just purchased the name change and didn’t activate the new name.

The name change popup should appear immediately. No activation needed.

How long does it usually take for them to respond, I emailed them yesterday.

Can take up till 3-5 working days, but I'll let them know you mailed them as soon as they are online.
