Forgot password to old account connected to steam

I got the game when it came out and made an an account connected to my steam. My friends and I stopped playing it a few months later. We got back into playing recently. I don’t remember my password to the old account, and when I try to reset my email...it says I’m not authorized. (?) I had tried every combination that I would’ve used back then. I made a new account, but I’m pretty sure you can’t unlink. I got the Coven DLC, but it doesn’t show up on the new account obviously. I just want to play the Coven :(

Okay, I asked the Admin and he's never heard of that message. Could it be that your account was banned from the forums (not necessarily the game, but specifically the official forums)?

Oh wow. I have no idea. I’m pretty sure I’ve never been to the forums back then. I only used the old account for playing.

The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found. This is what appears to me i got same problem but is strange. Web does not allow me. Steam does but! It takes forever to verify and not open in the end.
