What is it with Jailors and power trips?
There are so many trigger happy jailors in this game who will execute with no evidence, or even just to troll. It needs sorting out how much sewage there is in this playerbase

Jailors don't need evidence to execute. As long as the jailed player directly provides a role and will, most jailors I've seen don't execute them, unless there's a second claim, in which case it's still no problem because by then you as the executed one counts as a confirmed town role, thus unconfirming any cc.

Additionally, I tend to execute mid to late game silent TI claims (except for LO), impossible roles (escort when all TS and RT are dead), suspicious roles (mediums without information that isn't the dean's roles when there's a janitor), and TPs with questionable wills (I.e. BG not protecting a revealed mayor).

Also, it's not an uncommon strategy to immediately hit the execute button when the night starts. It's supposed to make sure jailed targets panic and talk instead of just sitting there silently.
A lot of jailers are kids that is why

i love the jailor who jails you, presses execute then asks you "hi, role?"
just like in real life.

They are doing that to make you panic. It is harder to come up with a convincing lie when you are panicing.

Exactly.

With that being said, though, most vet players (NOT referring to people who are the role vet) don't have much trouble with this. I usually have 2-3 fake wills when I'm evil, 4 as Janitor.

Tsk. Jailors usually jail the most suspicious player after N1.
So yeah, of course I'm going to hit execute immediately: if you get jailed, you've been acting scummy. Got a pretty great record too as a jailor, though occasionally survivors or afk town get killed.

It's your job to give the jailor a reason why you shouldn't be executed.
