how to expedite the trial system process
I think the trial system is a great idea, but it's a little too slow to be effective. I think it would be easier if only 3 people judge the report (I was going to suggest 1 but that would cause more problems) that way punishments are dealt out quicker and the games quality improves.

Side Note: Those who get to judge must have no more 2 reports on them and must promise to judge each case by the rules not by personal opinion.

Cases already get judged by the rules and not by personal opinion.

Also, the only reason the Trial System is a bit on the slow side (mostly only for gamethrowing and cheating), is because there's too little people judging reports.

Also, not having more than 2 reports on someone is fairly impossible. I have racked up about 26 reports so far in the last two years, all of them innocent (mostly counter-reports because I reported someone and they didn't like it and had their friends report me and an amazing report where I got reported for "Gamethrowing", because I sided with an SK instead of the mafia when I was a Kingmaker Exe).

One thing, however, that would expedite the process, is if leaving reports got guiltied automatically, since the Trial System can check whether or not someone left the game, then it could skip the juror step and go straight to a judge.

Go to blankmediagames.com, log onto the forums and then send a PM to the user TrialBot and put the word "all" in the body of the PM. He will reply back on the next 5 minute mark with all your reports.

Haha i got reported once for gamethrowing when i faked a will. I played mafia and wrote random people in my will and put that they are mafia too. I got killed N1 and people immediately reported me lol.

I don't remember if any of the fake mafia got hanged though. I think one did.

So, in my game there was someone named chara dreemurr (a character from a cancerous game). In my will I wrote "undertale is the worst game on the planet and people who make their ToS name an undertale character are dumb so lets kill chara dreemurr." Also I was trying to connvince town to kill this person for about 2 or 3 times while i was alive. After I died people were reporting me for hatespeech. Can I be banned?

Probably not, hatespeech refers to racial and homophobic slurs and such, not game fandoms. Your case wasn't hatespeech it was "a strong opinion", nobody can ban you for that.

My case was closed without judgement it says. It wasn't gamethrowimg anyway, i didn't write the real mafia in there. Was fun looking at the confused town.

I've seen far worse go unpunished so some fandom is not on any ban priority list. I wouldn't worry. Literally every other game in normal all any has jesters spamming "hatespeech" in chat and no one gets banned for some slight outburst.

I love Coven lol, doesn't happen as much there.

Anyway, if you didn't insult someone based on race, ethnicity or sexual orientation and didn't harass the person directly and aggressively then it's fine.

I'd have to see the report and the chat to tell you if you crossed a line or not, but just convincing town to lynch and an unpopular opinion in the will isn't enough for a ban in my opinion.

But the report is hatespeech/harrassment/(something that I can't remember). I have heard that stuff like targeting certain people for skins is harrassment, not sure about names. By the way I don't want to seem like I'm arguing with you, because I have no clue so who am I to say, right?

If people calling other people C*nts and R-tards and all kinds of other derrogatory names get voted inno (and I even lost trial rating over it, because those people were legit harassing others), I doubt you will get found guilty. And if you do get found guilty, make an Appeals post on the official forum and make a post here so I can back you up over there, since I'm not gonna stand for inequality.
