Can't Join The Trial System

i've been playing TOS about 328 casual game and 125 ranked. however. i can't join the trial System. i hope people help me solve this.

And you are sure you logged in with your correct ToS account?

Also, remember that for games played, ONLY non-ranked seems to count towards games played and you need to have actually finished said games till the end of the match and then clicking on "Return to Home" and not the "Leave Game" button.

Well, as far as I can see, you played 1.6 hours of ToS via Steam, meaning those two games are likely the two games you played via Steam. So either you play via webbrowser and are using a different account to check the Trial, or you never played 151 games, or something is bugged.

The name you see on the Trial System is the same name you see when ingame?

YOU GOT ALL THE POINTS RIGHT. it is true that i play TOS via web cuz i don't have my PC. i play TOS in WEB. it's the same name i see on the trial system. what should i do? just let it go? surely i can't accept that to be honest.

no. broz. i play on browser (macbook. safari). it's a waste that i bought coven but play it on phone.
