Why can literally every attacking role kill medusa if they visit her on a night they stonegaze except Vig?

I mean, it seems a little unfair to me that if an SK, GF, Mafioso, Jugg, Pest, etc. will all kill medusa in addition to being stoned, but if a vig goes to shoot a medusa, the medusa lives. It seems a bit unbalanced to be honest.

It's the only way anyone can know what happened.

Medusa has no defense, so if she gets attacked, she dies. If she gets healed, she doesn't.

Another thing to notice that a lot of people don't realize, only one person can be stoned per night. If three people visit her, only one will be stoned. I think it prioritises by attck/defense value, but I'm not sure.

This isn't true. Medusa stones every person that visits them.

Other than cleaning and having no defense, Medusa's gaze acts like a veteran's alert. You can definitely stone multiple people per night.
