Basically, they're asking if anyone else claims those specific roles. So say if someone claims they're a doctor, someone might say "cc tp?" to ask if anyone else claims bodyguard or doctor.

Any.
Now random town and any, of course are unpredictable, RT could of course be any town role, Any could be, well anything in the game short of a unique role that is already there. Generally speaking though, the RT is usually a long shot, unless it happens to be known (say if a mayor is brought back by a ret and says he was transported, than everyone knows there are 3 town support roles in the game, and thus 2 doctors is now EXTREMELY unlikely).
So yeah if someone publicly says they are doctor or bodyguard, and you are the doctor. you CC them (IE tell the town that you are a doctor, and thus his claim of being a doctor is unlikely to be true).
In higher level play it is generally considered very suspicious not to CC. Because an actual doctor should have known that the other doctor claim was suspicious, but say the godfather's best shot is if nobody asks his role. So he might not have decided doctor was the thing to claim until the moment he was asked.
