4:3 only???

All the levels are just an images, they are not rendered on your PC, so maybe it's a limitation of a genre or maybe it's just a screenshots we see...

Ah, I remember when widescreen was just becoming a "thing", and I laughed at those gimmicky monitors that were smaller than their 4:3 counterparts for the same price, and wondered what was the point.

That said, I'm pretty glad my laptop is widescreen. :-P

The only reason I can think of is to preserve compatibility with older 4:3 monitors, but it's still dumb, because that way they'll alienate the bigger part of Steam community. Right now the most popular resolution on Steam is 1080p and 720p, freaking widescreen resolutions!
Only like 5% or less have 4:3 monitors.
