that little shop....when you get in they say....you must be 18...is there any way to get in the shop and do something?

its not part of the game, its there for cosmetics and no matter what, u wont get in anyways

Same was asked on Gamefaqs months ago.
Here the answer someone gave:

"The M's shop is part of a promotion/collaboration that Acquire did with the actual M's store located in Akihabara.

It's the same as the Dear Stage in another part of town where the creators worked together and to gather publicity and advertise their stores in game."

Question: Why would you want to go inside a porn store within a video game?

I was happy enough to see it within the game, but it isn't like Japan's porn stores are any different than the ones I have been inside, except for all the anime-related stuff.

It would be nice if we could have a truly explorable Akihabara game. Unfortunately, the stores in this game didn't have multiple floors and you were limited to seeing basically just the 'front desk' area.
