New patch notes?

So is it just a graphical upgrade? (Apart from the dlc which I haven't gotten just yet)

I've noticed it seems a bit jittery compared to the last time I played it, and the NPCs seem to be moving around a bit faster. I have it set to 60 FPS just like before though.

There is no official patch notes, sadly.

Also many ad's in city were changed

first thing I notice is the message saying it's based on the city from 2013, then game crashes when intro would normally play, rip
