Ive seen a few neptunia screenshots around so i assume theres some mods to add custom images into the game?

If by custom images you mean the Neptunia t-shirt and/or body pillow weapon, those are actual items in the game that you can buy from a special shop in the Electric Town Plaza area. I don't really play anymore, but the shirt is actually my main shirt in the game too, haha.

As for mods, I'm not sure, but I don't think the game has modding support, so I dunno how hard it'd be to put in your own content.

P.S. If I remember right, I think most of that special shop's weapons aren't the greatest, but the Neptunia body pillow weapon is actually probably one of the best weapons for its weapon type ("heavy object" is the best way I can think of to describe this weapon type, which is actually a pretty bad type for most weapons in that category; game never tells you the name of weapon types, it just shows an icon instead, e.g. a brick-looking icon for this one)

Well, as far as I can see, there are a few mods that improve FPS, and that remove the censoring light when full-stripping the people. Of course, those work properly atm:

Also It seems there are another mods, though somebody uploaded ones on YouTube, like having people naked somehow without any settings in the game and adding new clothes, inners and weapons.

Ahh now that you mention it, I think I remember seeing a mod for that... Default framerate for the game is 30 FPS, but I remember hearing that increasing it messes with button timing in that it halves the needed time (in the case of doubling the FPS to 60) for anything that requires you to hold a button. All the attack buttons have a "hold" variant for high/middle/low strips instead of attacks, so you might find yourself accidentally going for grabs instead of attacks. Seems like a whole lot of console-based games tie their mechanics in to framerate for some reason... I'm no game dev though so I dunno why they do it, but they do. I think camera turning speed is doubled as well, but that can probably be fixed (if needed) by lowering sensitivity somewhere, if you do decide to use the mod.

You are right but the alternative way with using HxD doesn’t such a problem.
This is guaranteed to be just 4K quality, maybe better framerate!
