Do I have to fear, that this Game will vanish in the next weeks, because Valve is a ♥♥♥♥♥? Sry for the language but there is this thing with Anime Games and Nudity.

According to Dharker Studios, it's material released after the initial release that has irked Valve.
It seems Valve has contacted various developers an apologised for errors regarding this. Whether it means Valve have backtracked (fully or partially) is unknown though.

This game is tame compared to others (eg Re;Lord 1)

Not an issue here. Game is censored and has no uncensored version. Game textures are not descriptive enough to indicate any naughty bits, real or imagined. This game makes no attempt to pass itself off as anything but a work of parody of otaku culture and general goofiness. If you find any aspect of this game even slightly erotic in nature it is probably suggested that you turn off you computer and seek some professional help.

we can't really be sure it's safe unless valve announce that they fired the culprit. It could be mostly automated. It doesn't really matter though - developers will just sell their stuff on places like GOG, Denpasoft or Nutaku...

Also probably because pedophiles 'were' the core audience of that game. Pedophilia doesn't need to be sexual to be creepy as ♥♥♥♥ or a cause for genuine concern.

Do you know about that game then? Are you the expert with 1000s of hours of study who it's core audience is? Cause I know almost nothing about the game except that it did not need to be censored as there was no adult content.

can easily get past that by someone creating a mod like a nudity mod

Except that would be an unofficial addition which an individual would manually need to search for and install without the support and instruction of the game makers. It's the same reason why Skyrim can still be sold despite some of the more extreme adult mods out there.

That aside, we're talking about this particular game where you don't have alot of graphic detail and done in a file format where modification is more difficult. There are no mods for this game, despite some efforts to do it in the past. The files are encrypted and have not yet been cracked.

Almost finished watching the anime now. It's actually fairly good. Character design and animation for the main characters is good, but only just passable for everyone else. They did take a fair few things from this game (a bit of the title sequence in the first episode being one example) which was good, but changing it all to Bugged Ones was rather silly. It is however, very funny.
