Yodobashi Camera Area

This is for a side quest. I'm trying to find the location, and am currently doing so right now. I'm just having trouble finding it.

I believe there is an entrance from UD+ (near Mogra entrance) and the Electric Town Plaza (sidewalk past AKW Cafe). The objective marker should lead you there as well. The new areas are unlockable at that point as well I believe, and will show up on your map once you visit them.

And is the quest for the Panda mural? It's the ad on the right, on the bridge thingy.
