Cloud saves not transfering to other computers?

I tried playing on a different computer from the one I put several hours into the campaign, and my saves didn't appear on the new computer. This is the only game that my cloud saves aren't working for.

I also tried looking for the save files manually to transfer them via a pen drive, but I couldn't find them. Any suggestions for either of these?
