Unable to place floors where should be able to.

So, I'm attempting to build up a nice structure, and all of a sudden walls collapse, and no they weren't failing integrally, and I can't replace them without tons and I mean TONS of repositioning and trying to find that exact right particle. This goes for floors too, I'm attempting to build a 3 floor structure and the damn thing won't let me place walls and floors where I previously had walls and floors. This is either really bad programming or a glitch that needs to be fixed.

sam eproblem ..sometimes the fu game let me set the floors sometimes not...think we burned money for an ♥♥♥♥ simulator..its crap...vaporeware

Whats this "WE" business?? Your the one who raced out & bought this game where I'm currently reading the forums & wiping a tear away at your childish, immature, spoilt brat comment. The game got released today, its not even the full game, probably more of a demo at this stage & you whine about it. Please show me where someone...ANYONE forced you to buy it. Grow up, take some responsibility for your own actions & have some patience.

Maybe you should calm down your self. The building options will work, but you have to realise this is early access, just released in a just playable state (as they stated like a week ago). So put your guns back where they come from and wait a bit. they will update and fix it.

(Not even sure why I keep trying telling people stuff like this, seems like an endless stream of unhappy teenage boys that are used to play call of duty, back to bug reporting i guess)

Okay, I'm gonna put a head on this now. Stop derailing the thread, this is not addressing the issue nor is it providing any further discussion towards the possible glitch that I found. Stop now. There is a reason early access games have forums, to inform of bugs, glitches and other wonky systems within the game. I found one, I put it up here in hopes that the Developer will see it. End of story.

are you really this obnoxious?? bugs should be reported in the developers forum in the right formats. Not as a half baked rant on steam forums.

I love how the game is in EA, has been out for just over 24 hours, and people are going "SCAM HUR DUR VAPORWARE BROKEN TRASH". Grow up, dust the cheeto crumbs off your fingers, and try thinking a little.

Zebra, I've replied to your thread elsewhere but for others' benefit: If you're having trouble with wall, all I can suggest at this stage is to make sure you're using composite building by holding down ALT while placing.

Otherwise, folks, chill out. It's very... like, stupidly... early days and I'm sure wrinkles will get ironed out. Having a tanty won't help.

to answer the question instead of freaking out.... sometimes you may need to move and try at a different angle. also hold alt, or press Z. you might be trying to place a block inside a block already. also, again, if the floor is not rotated in the correct direction it will not show up. Only played the game for a couple hours and found the same issue, just be patient and find a walk around for now.
