They're thinking people will trust them AGAIN after screwing once with Miner Wars 2081 being devoid of content, after the scam of Miner Wars MMO pre-purchase, after this betrayal of lying that there were plans for ME and then bailing from it, and believing KSH can do Space Engineers 2 AND another Miner Wars at the same time (when the entire reason why ME had "low numbers" was because people waited to see if KSH Miner Wars could handle two titles in development at the same time)?
Go to Marek Rosa's blog. See how much Good AI has taken over the company, and new mansion.
That page says the company was created in 2010. Whereas KSH[rejstrik-firem.kurzy.cz] was created in 2016. I doesn't look like they're misleading anyone.
And as far as GoodAI, what's wrong with Marek developing a new company? Nothing.
Will I buy another game from these people? Probably not - and that's only what any of us can do. If you've never had Steam Early Access Burn, then you haven't lived. Time to get over it.
The entity you linked to changed from Engineer Games to KSH - AT THE SAME TIME - as the entity I linked to changed from KSH to Miner Wars.
You really only further proved my point with that.
Furthermore, while we're looking at the dates, consider that SE was first put into Early Access in 2013 and ME in 2015.
The entire reason why game development went downhill was because an also-ran AI company took over money and resources from the game dev company, notably the oversight by the company's management.
I am quite familiar with the scams around Early Access, and making weak excuses for it only allows worse to be normalized. We gave KSH Miner Wars another chance and this is what they did with it.
The point is, in context to this discussion, which company in the shifty name game would be taken to court, as doesn't the name change look intentional to muddy the waters?

You noticed how often he is adding content and updating recently? This project definitely deserves being supported. Your "would not recommend the game yet" meanwhile looks like a "Keep off" sign which it definitely does not require, not for this price, not for the content, and not for the attentive hardworking dev.
Generally valve are very hands off with developers and even in regards to moderation of developer forums. They should look at curation, especially when games like after reset are still a tech demo after about 5 years, and still being sold for 30 quid, but they won't.
As to the OP, despite my issues with the company, suing them is not the right move, as nothing they have done is illegal. There are issues, but you will never link any dodgy goings on back to them.
Valve frequently need to be reminded that they set rules and declared the intended purpose for Early Access.
