How to download VRage client?

I read I can download the VRage client from steam in the tools section, but when i looked there i was not able to find anything that looked like the VRage client. Has anyone else been able to download the client?

One of our testers also cannot find it.
We will find out what is the reason for this.

We are still investigating. For now we havent find any clues yet :(

Please be patient. We sent an email to Valve to solve this issue, since it seems to be on their side. Once we have a response, we will let you know.

Just to be sure where do i find the VRageRemoteClient.exe ? I just download the file with steamcmd (id 333950) I cant find the .exe to remote my server..... Its for a server
