Help with Windmill blades
I'm trying to make a rotary farm powered by a windmill, but I can't figure out how the windmill blades work. is there a certain way you need to attach them? Keep in mind I am using the small grid blades that you make in a crafting table, and I am attaching them to timbers which are then attached to catch blocks. I tried looking up on ME wiki and it doesn't help, all I get is how to make them. I'll take a few screenshots and add them here.

Use G to get the windmill and the mechanical blocks.

Here's the stuff you want, teh windmill blades are a circular one and the mechanical blocks are right before it. Wind the video forward to 8:35 to see the stuff on the page you want.

Attach the windmill directly to the mechanical blocks, it doesn't need catch blocks. You need 4 blades and 4 cloth to build it after that.

Only one problem. The windmill can't power anything except the windmill tools: Sawmill, Gristmill, and (if you have the mod) the Ore Crusher. There is no way to attach anything else to the output of a windmill.

The small blades are only a part of the windmill, not separate blocks you can do something else with.

There's already a thread complaining/asking about this issue, too, btw. Not your original question, but about using a windmill to power something player-created.
