Ugh.. my builds keep crumbling!!
I know physics, logic, structural integrity, and tension/stress..... I built a house, turned physics on, and it collapsed... I made a tower, turned physics on, and was looking at the stress at the top, it was fine, the top was made of wood.. the bottom was made of stone. and the stone crumbled and the tower was reduced to rubble... I have no idea how to save creations. I made a house.. wood, and stone. the bottom layer was stone, and the top was wood. once again, only the stone crumbled. the wood only broke when it hit the ground... Is this a glitch? Because only stone breaks..

How tall was it? Its easier to build a stable building with the SI on.

The house was 6 blocks high I think. the tower was about 50 blocks high. It fell apart on the left, and the mid section disconnected, and the weight of the rest of the top layer smashed the bottom.

Ya 50 blocks is quite alot, I think a free standing tower can be around 10, 14 blocks high depending if it has battlements and a roof. Try building with the physics on and press N to see the integraty.

I also had a house crumbling mine was only 3 blocks high, the long wall with a window, I could not repair it, without my corner collasping. Was strange. I wiped the world and started over not had any issues since.

When you play in creative mode, you can turn on the Structural integrity view by pressing N.
To save your creations - once you want to save the structure you made, just aim at it and hold ctrl+B it will create a blueprint of your structure. Then you can paste your blueprint in creative mode anywhere (just press J to allign it with the gravity when you are already placing it)
