Nah, iam pretty sure its UE3. Heavily modified tho.

According to this link the recommended requirements is a GTX 460 which sounds about right for a UE3 game

The reason I never gave this game a second of my time was I thought it was a 9 year old game or something when I saw gtx 7800

I think the devs have never even updated the store page requirements for this game is the issue.

Unreal engine 3 but the old one with DirectX 9. not advance like the one that use on Ubi games that run with DX11. however this game has optimize problem since it come out year ago. so...if you run into some kind of memory leak (start with smooth frame rate before get frame rate drop out of blue) is normal here.
