Why is my mouse randomly stop working for a split second?
i can use it perfectly on window but when im in game i notice that when i need to do a 120 turn my mouse would just stop half way and i have to let go and drag it again. is this just something with my mouse or the game?

Does it happen when you hit with a melee attack?

I have a chinese m9 mouse. i know what you're saying and yes sometime melee attack

I had the same issue several times and thought it's my mouse.

I have that too with my logitech mouse. Seems to happen only when i melee though. Something with reduced turn speed after a swing wich brings my mouse to a complete stop.

It also happened when im not even attacking like trying to turn to go up a stair in trainyard for example

Maybe they broke something mouse related with their latest melee nerf?!
